Finding Revenue in a Cash Flow Crisis

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, providers are dealing with never before seen  fiscal challenges.  This creates the need to identify opportunities for quick cash within under-explored facets of revenue integrity. 

Triage’s presentation highlights COVID-related reimbursement nuances and dives into case studies explaining how to find and fix other difficult-to-detect errors causing direct revenue loss.   Examples include challenges with charge capture, coding accuracy, VA reimbursement, unique contract provisions, invalid payer denials, Medicare Part A to B billing, among others.
